Bleed brakes

Hi everyone
I open this post because I have a problem with my little Lupo and I think someone can help me.
I've had the brake pedal down for a couple of weeks, it doesn't brake very well. At first I thought to make a basic adjustment 085 through VagCom
but when I get to the pull point of the car (values 5 to 1) it does not detect a brake and I have to do it manually (selecting D and N) to be able to get out of the adjustment.
Check the pump and brake booster, they seem correct
When bleeding the brakes with machine and manual, it has run out of brake. It seems as if air has entered a circuit.
Has someone bled the brakes, is it a problem with the actuators?
